2. How to Report and the Handling Procedure

  1. 01

    To prevent false information and confirm
    correct facts, we make it a rule to receive a real
    name.

  2. 02

    The report should be written in detailed
    according to 5W1H and your contacts must be
    entered.

  3. 03

    The report is investigated in the non-disclosure
    to the 3rd party way which can spend the
    minimum period (7~10 days) to notice the
    results through investigation processes such as
    review of the reported contents, decision of
    treatment methods and confirmation by
    relevant departments.

  4. 04

    The results of the report will be noticed in case
    of giving telephone or e-mail information.

3. Protection of the Reporter

  • The reporter is in principle protected in case of entering a real name and submitting correct evidence.
  • In case of recognizing unfavorable disposition to the reporter or a punishment due to the report, restoration or similar compensation shall be included.
  • In case of reporting self-related corruption, it will be legally treated through extenuation.
  • The report is investigated by limited personnel.
  • Without permission from the reporter, his/her identification shall not in principle disclosed. In case that employees who learned accidently information of the reporter while doing their duties disclose it, they shall be punished, provided, however, that in case that it belongs to slander not based of facts, and report and complaint related to privacy, it can be exempted from protection.

4. Reporting

This privacy policy defines the procedure and purposes of collecting personal information, and the scope of its use.

  1. Article 1

    Green Cross EM espects the privacy of every individual who visits its web site. This privacy policy defines the procedure and purpose of collecting personal information and the scope of its use.

  2. Article 2

    Green Cross EM does not collect any personal identification information, such as names, addresses and telephone numbers, through the Green Cross EM web site unless such information is provided voluntarily by the user. If you do not agree to these terms of use and the privacy policy, please do not submit your personal information.

  3. Article 3

    Personal information collected by Green Cross EM is:

    1. - E-mail addresses and details of 1:1 inquiries.

    Green Cross EM collects personal information for the following purposes, and the collected information shall be used only within the scope of these purposes.

    1. 1) To reply to a customer inquiry
    2. 2) To better understand user needs and improve Green Cross EM products and services.
    3. 3) To send certain goods (giveaway event prizes, etc.) or contact members where necessary.
  5. Article 5

    Green Cross EM does not use personal information for any purpose other than that specified in Article 3, Paragraph 3 hereof, and does not provide such information to others without any rational and due reason (for example, providing personal information to a third party that does business for, or is in partnership with Green Cross EM for sales promotions or research purposes on the condition that they protect personal information and are prohibited from providing such information to the outside is deemed to have a rational and due reason).

    Where Green Cross EM provides personal information to its agency or partners to provide better services, Green Cross EM shall notify, in advance, the person who will be provided with the personal information, the specific items of the personal information to be provided, and the purpose of providing the information. If the user does not agree to it, Green Cross EM will not provide the information to its agency or partners.

  6. Article 6

    Green Cross EM promises that it will never transfer or sell the personal information of members of its web site for pursuit of profit.

  7. Article 7

    Where personal information is leaked to the outside due to any mistake or carelessness of Green Cross EM or any damage to a member is caused by a loss, burglary, or falsification, Green Cross EM shall take corresponding responsibility.

  8. Article 8

    Where government agencies, judicial agencies or the prosecution/policy request personal information as a reference for public interests or investigations, Green Cross EM may inevitably provide personal information of the user to the relevant agency.

  9. Article 9

    Through a 1:1 inquiry, you may withdraw your consent to the collection and use of personal information at any time.
    You may contact the Personal Information Manager and request necessary action.

  10. Article 10

    Green Cross EM appoints the Personal Information Manager who is responsible for collecting opinions and processing complaints about personal information.

    Article 11 Where you have any complaint or suggestion in relation to personal information, please send your opinion to our designated Personal Information Manager and we will notify you of the result as soon as possible. 

Consent to Provision of Privacy to the 3rd Party

  1. 1. About Provision of Personal Information to the 3rd Patry

    ① <GCEM > ('www.gcem.co.kr‘ hereinafter referred to as the ‘GCEM Homepage') shall provide the 3rd party with personal information only in case of belonging to Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act including the consent of an owner of information and the act’s special regulation.
    ② <GCEM > ('www.gcem.co.kr') provides the 3rd party with personal information as follows:

    • - Personal information items: name, e-mail, telephone number
    • - Collection method: Homepage
    • - Those who receive personal information: GCEM
    • - Purpose to use personal information by those who receive it: Operation of Customers’ Voice and Q&A
    • - Period of maintaining and using personal information by those who receive it: The information provided to the 3rd
      party shall be deleted immediately after the purpose to provide it to the 3rd party is completed.
